How it works

 

The process for landlords is simple. Instead of signing an agreement with an unreliable tenant, you sign an agreement with us.

YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE.

This contract will last up to 5 years and can be extended at the end of it.   

1. We pay you a monthly rental amount that you are happy to receive.
2. We provide an agreement that has been drafted by our solicitors and sets out all the terms.
3. We handle everything else: we advertise, we fill the property with our professional clients, we deal with all client complaints, questions and requests, we cover any legal costs associated with problematic or non-paying clients, we ensure that all applicable certifications are valid and up-to-date, and we commission, oversees and pay for any minor repairs, renovations and other improvements that may be needed to ensure that the property remains occupied.
4. We pay you the exact rent we promised every month. No commission and No fees.
5. Even if we have voids, you don’t have to worry because your rent is absolutely guaranteed during the period of contract.
6. Any improvements and repairs carried out during the contract are yours to keep.
