We know you are too busy. SO, LET US DO THE HARD WORK FOR YOU!

You may have apartments or houses that the landlord is looking for long-term rent.

We are looking for local letting agents to work with to rent properties on long-term contracts (3 – 5 years).

Benefits of working with us:

You will get the tenant find fee from the landlord.

You will continue to get the management fee from the landlord (if the property is currently fully managed by you).

You don’t need to do any work at all, except pass the guaranteed rent to the landlord.

We will take care of the property and maintain it at high standard, so if anything get damaged we will fix it straight away at no extra cost for you and the landlord.

The process for Agents is simple. You find us a suitable property and then collect your commission for the next 5 years with little effort on your part.

You show us a house and we pay the RENT AS A TENANT

You keep all tenant find fees and management fees (as originally agreed with the owner)

We upgrade the house, put our professional tenants in and we do all management

We pay rent directly to you every month (depending on your contract with the owner)

We return the house clean and in great condition at the end of the agreed period

What is a suitable property?

It is house with 1 – 2 bedrooms property. We also looking for multiple units.
